Subprocessors

Liftoff OS, Inc. (“Liftoff”) engages the third-party service providers listed below as subprocessors to help deliver the Service. We require each subprocessor to provide a level of security and confidentiality appropriate to the processing it performs, and to handle personal information only in accordance with our instructions and applicable law.

We will provide reasonable advance notice of any material change to this list, including the addition or replacement of a subprocessor, by updating this page. We recommend that customers who want to be notified of changes subscribe to our updates channel or check this page periodically.

Infrastructure

AI/ML Inference

Liftoff may route any given inference request to one or more of the providers below. The specific provider used for a given request varies based on task, model selection, and operational factors. Liftoff configures provider terms to exclude customer prompts and completions from model training. Specific retention and handling practices are governed by each provider’s published policies.

Product and Website Analytics

Connector Infrastructure

The subprocessor below is engaged only when a customer enables a third-party integration whose OAuth or tool catalog is managed through it. Other third-party services that customers explicitly connect to Liftoff are governed by the customer’s own agreements with those providers and are not Liftoff subprocessors.
